What we offer in the party package

  • Backdrop 4 x 7 ft
  • Half balloon arch
  • Cake table
  • A cake pedestal
  • Music
  • White cups, plates, napkins and utensils.

  • Party for up to 30 guests (kids & Adults). Additional guest $15 each.
  • 3 hours private indoor party.
  • 2 Magic Place staff.
  • 3 large pizzas & 30 hot dogs.
  • Unlimited soda and water.
  • Note: Does not include desserts or cake.

  • USD $1200 Mon to Thurs.
  • USD $1350 Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

Vital Details

  • FOOD: You may bring in outside food, but there will be a $150 cleaning charge. There is no cake supplied. The food that is part of the package will be served by staff; customers who bring their own snacks to MagicPlace will be able to self-serve them.
  • RESERVATION: 50% of the selected package’s value is held in reserve. Without a deposit, the event date cannot be reserved. The payment cannot be refunded; however, if circumstances change, the date may be rescheduled based on availability.
  • OPENING: MagicPlace opens 30 minutes prior to the event so that the host can bring in the treats (candies, cake, piñatas, cotillions, and other goods as chosen).
  • PIÑATAS: Only piñatas without confetti will be allowed.

  • SUPPLIERS: In order to be admitted, any service providers (food, beverages, animations, or entertainment) that are not part of the party package must notify and receive approval from MagicPlace.
  • TAX: These are not excluded from being charged to the total cost of each item.
  • REFUND: No amount will be subtracted from the total if the buyer decides they do not want any item in the bundle.
  • ARTICLES AND OBJECTS: MagicPlace owns them, and any loss will result in charges.
